Probably looking at a details grade of VF30, but the surfaces look too clean.

I believe it's a BB61, small date/large letters. I'd go with VF30, based on the hair and star details. You can't really go with the eagle's breast due to the inherent weakness in the feathers on this reverse die. (any thread that causes me to pull out my Bowers encyclopedia vol. 1 is a welcome one! I have no use for Vol.2 and so I don't own it.)

I would go with a 30 also.

I do believe that the big TPG's should bag a coin that has been "gently" stripped if
they are so eager to bag a coin that has had color "gently" added.

Just my thoughts.

I do like this coin braddick as I am not hyper critical of a 200+ year old coin having been ......handled.
